Capture
Type a task and press Enter. Add a client or a time estimate if you want one.
Place
Drag it into Do, Plan, Delegate or Drop. Urgent and important goes first. The rest waits its turn.
Focus
Start a focus timer on the task. The time goes onto your timesheet automatically.

Timesheet
Every session is logged against its task and client. At the end of the week your hours are already added up.
Habits and desk workout
Track the small daily things. Get a short desk workout that remembers which muscles you worked yesterday.
History and weekly review
See what you finished, what slipped and where the time went, so next week starts with facts instead of guesses.
Let your assistant add the tasks
Connect Claude or ChatGPT to your Izndo account and manage your list by talking. The assistant follows the same rules as dragging a card.
- It can add, find, move, schedule, complete and delete tasks, and read today’s plan.
- It can’t see your time entries, habits or settings.
- You stay in charge. Each connection has its own token, read-only or read and write, and you can revoke it at any time.
Claude connects directly. ChatGPT connects through a custom GPT.
On your phone, too
Add Izndo to your home screen from your phone’s browser. It is the same account and the same tasks, with no app store in between.
Your tasks stay yours
Every account’s data is kept separate. We do not sell it or use it for advertising. You can download a copy or delete everything from your account page whenever you like.
Questions
Who is Izndo for?
People who work for themselves, or who run their own list: freelancers, consultants, makers and one-person businesses. If you juggle clients and still want to know where your hours went, it is built for you.
Can I send invoices from it?
Not in the online version. Izndo tracks your time against tasks and clients so you have the hours ready when you invoice elsewhere.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. Download everything from your account page at any time, or keep a backup file from Settings and restore it later.
What does the matrix actually do?
It is the Eisenhower method: urgent and important tasks you do now, important but not urgent tasks you plan, urgent but unimportant ones you hand off or batch, and the rest you drop. Izndo makes that a drag and a glance.
