Terms of use

Last updated: 6 October 2026

The short version: Izndo is yours to use for your own work. Your tasks stay yours. Don’t misuse the service, keep your own backups, and we’ll look after the rest as carefully as we can.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Izndo is a task, focus-timer and timesheet service run by Soda Creative Studios Ltd (“Soda”, “we”, “us”). These terms apply when you create an account or use Izndo at app.izndo.com and the related website at izndo.com (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

Soda Creative Studios Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 16573747. Our registered office is 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE. You can contact us at [email protected].

2. Your account

3. How you can use Izndo

You may use the Service for your own personal or business task planning and time tracking. You must not:

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where it is reasonable to do so, we’ll tell you why and give you a chance to put things right first.

4. Your content

Your tasks, notes, time entries, habits and settings (“your content”) belong to you. We don’t claim ownership of them.

You give us permission to store, process and display your content only as needed to run the Service for you. We don’t sell your content, and we don’t use it for advertising. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

You can download your data or delete your account from the account page at any time. Deleting your account permanently deletes your content, and we can’t restore it afterwards.

5. Connecting AI assistants

Izndo lets you create access tokens so that an assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT can read and change your tasks. A token lets whoever holds it act on your tasks with the permission you chose (read only, or read and write), until you revoke it.

6. Availability, changes and backups

We work to keep Izndo running and your data safe, but we can’t promise the Service will always be available or free of errors. We may change, improve or remove features, and we may carry out maintenance. If we make a change that significantly reduces what you can do, we’ll give you reasonable notice where we can.

Please keep your own backup of anything important. You can download your data from the account page and make a backup file from Settings.

7. Fees

If we introduce paid plans, we’ll tell you clearly before any charge applies, and you won’t be charged for anything unless you have agreed to it. Nothing in these terms commits you to pay for the Service as it stands today.

8. Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that can’t be limited or excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any right you have as a consumer that can’t be waived.

Subject to that:

Izndo is a planning and time-tracking tool. It doesn’t provide legal, tax, accounting or medical advice. Habit and desk-workout suggestions are general and aren’t a substitute for professional advice. Stop if anything hurts, and check with a professional if you have a health condition.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We can end or suspend your access if you materially break these terms, or if we decide to stop running the Service, in which case we’ll give you reasonable notice and a chance to download your data wherever we can. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as section 8) will continue after your account ends.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect new features or legal changes. We’ll post the new version here with a new date and, for changes that matter to you, tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after the change takes effect, you accept the new terms. If you don’t, you can delete your account.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute, although if you live elsewhere in the UK you can also bring a claim in your local courts. If you are a consumer, nothing here takes away your legal rights.
